When you register or pay online through FollowTo, our ticketing partner, payment information is processed by FollowTo and its payment gateway and banking partners. We do not store full card or UPI credentials on our servers.
We may collect technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, pages viewed, and referral source through cookies or similar technologies used for site security, analytics, and performance.
How we use information
We use personal information to process registrations and payments, issue tickets or passes, communicate event updates, respond to enquiries, manage sponsor and media partner requests, improve our website and attendee experience, meet legal and payment compliance obligations, and prevent fraud or misuse.
We may send service-related messages about Web Impact Summit 2026, including schedule, venue, or access changes, as well as pre-event and post-event updates to registered attendees.
With your registration, or where permitted by law, we may send promotional material from Urban Skill and event sponsors to your registered email address.
Sharing of information
We share information with service providers who help us operate the event and website, only as needed for those services. Key processors include FollowTo (registration and ticketing), Vercel (website hosting), and payment and banking partners that process transactions.
We may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager in the future to understand site usage. Those tools would run only after you give consent through our cookie preferences.
We may allow sponsors to communicate offers or promotional information to registered attendees through our email channels or other delivery methods without selling attendee data to those sponsors.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or when necessary to protect rights, safety, attendees, partners, or the integrity of the event.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, including your email address or contact details.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to deliver the event, satisfy accounting and tax requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember your cookie preferences, support security, and understand how visitors use our pages.
