Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, company or brand name, job title, billing details needed to complete a transaction, sponsorship or partnership enquiry details, and any message you send us.
When you register or pay online through FollowTo, our ticketing partner, payment information is processed by FollowTo and its payment gateway and banking partners. We do not store full card or UPI credentials on our servers.
We may collect technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, pages viewed, and referral source through cookies or similar technologies used for site security, analytics, and performance.
How we use information
We use personal information to process registrations and payments, issue tickets or passes, communicate event updates, respond to enquiries, manage sponsor and media partner requests, improve our website and attendee experience, meet legal and payment compliance obligations, and prevent fraud or misuse.

Key processors include FollowTo (registration and ticketing), Vercel (website hosting), Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel), Google (Google Analytics), LinkedIn (Insight Tag), X (X Pixel), and payment and banking partners that process transactions.
We load Meta Pixel (Facebook) to measure visits, understand which pages are viewed, and measure the effectiveness of our ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta Pixel is provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. and may set cookies such as _fbp.
We load Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, traffic sources, landing pages, and how people move through the site. Google Analytics is provided by Google LLC and may set cookies such as _ga. We also use Google Search Console to understand search queries and page performance in Google Search.
