These Terms of Service govern your access to webimpactsummit.com and your registration for, attendance at, or participation in Web Impact Summit 2026 on September 26, 2026 (Saturday) at Hyatt Centric, Janakpuri, New Delhi, presented by Urban Skill. By using the website, completing a registration, or purchasing a ticket or pass, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer.

Eligibility and registration

You must provide accurate and complete registration information. We may refuse, cancel, or revoke admission if information is false, incomplete, or if we reasonably believe a registration poses a security, legal, or operational risk.

Tickets and passes are personal. Unless we expressly approve a transfer in writing, registrations are not transferable. See our Refund Policy for purchase terms.

Communications

By registering for Web Impact Summit 2026, you agree that we may contact you at the email address you provide with event-related communications. This may include pre-event messages with preparation details, logistics, and summit updates, and post-event messages with follow-up materials and event highlights.

We may also send promotional content and offers from Urban Skill and event sponsors to your registered email address.

We do not sell your personal information. Our use of registration data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Payment

Prices, taxes, and fees shown at checkout are payable in full before admission is confirmed. Payments are processed through authorized payment partners. Failed, reversed, or disputed payments may result in cancellation of your registration.

We may change pricing, inventory, or ticket categories before the event. Changes do not affect completed purchases except as stated in our Refund Policy.

Event access and conduct

Admission is subject to venue rules, capacity, schedule changes, and on-site security checks. You are responsible for your conduct and for complying with applicable laws, venue policies, and staff instructions.

Harassment, unlawful activity, disruption of sessions, unauthorized recording where restricted, misuse of badges, resale or transfer in breach of these Terms, or behavior that endangers others may lead to removal without refund.

Program, speakers, and partners

Agenda, speakers, sessions, partners, and experiences are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee that any particular speaker, sponsor, session, or networking outcome will occur.

Intellectual property

Summit branding, website content, recordings where permitted, presentations, and materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit them without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use allowed on site.

By submitting feedback, testimonials, photos, or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that material for event operations, promotion, and reporting.

Photography and media

The event may be photographed, recorded, or livestreamed. Attendance may mean your image, voice, or likeness appears in event materials. Contact us before the event if you have a specific concern.

Third-party services

The website and event may reference or link to third-party services, tools, sponsors, or venues. We are not responsible for third-party terms, products, or conduct.

Disclaimer of warranties

The website and event are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free systems, or specific business outcomes from attendance.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the website or attendance at the event.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the event or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the applicable ticket or pass in the twelve months before the claim arose, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizer, its team, partners, and venue contractors from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your conduct at the event, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms before the event. Material changes will be posted on webimpactsummit.com. Your continued use of the site or attendance after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
