Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to tickets and passes purchased for Web Impact Summit 2026 on September 26, 2026 (Saturday) at Hyatt Centric, Janakpuri, New Delhi, presented by Urban Skill.

All sales are final

Tickets and passes are non-refundable. This includes inability to attend, travel issues, schedule conflicts, visa delays, illness, or change of mind.

Fees, taxes, payment processing costs, and promotional discounts are also non-refundable unless a cancellation under the Event cancellation section requires otherwise.

Non-transferable registrations

Tickets and passes are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, exchange, or give your registration to another person unless we expressly approve a transfer in writing.

Admission may require identity or registration verification. Misuse of a registration may result in refusal of entry without refund.

Ticket cancellation

Tickets and passes are not refundable if you cancel your registration or are unable to attend.

If you cannot attend, please notify us in advance at event@webimpactsummit.com so we can adjust event arrangements. A cancellation notice does not entitle you to a refund.

No refund will be issued for ticket or pass cancellation by a registered attendee.

Event changes

If we reschedule, relocate, shorten, or materially change the program, your ticket or pass remains valid for the updated event unless we offer another remedy required by law.

We are not required to refund tickets because of speaker, agenda, sponsor, or session changes.

Event cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances

If we cancel Web Impact Summit 2026 because of unavoidable circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including a pandemic, government order or restriction, natural calamity, or other comparable emergency, we will notify registered attendees and process refunds for ticket or pass purchases through the original payment method where reasonably possible, unless applicable law requires a different remedy.

Refunds are not available for a cancellation that does not arise from circumstances of this kind.

Refunds after cancellation may take several business days depending on banks and payment partners. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party processors.

If the event is postponed rather than cancelled, refunds are not automatically issued unless we state otherwise in our cancellation notice.

Chargebacks and disputes

Submitting a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and can lead to cancellation of your registration. Please email us at event@webimpactsummit.com before initiating a dispute so we can review the issue.
